Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Homemart account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
